but the game is not out so how does that work

Crashed my video driver then crashed my computer when i went the the site linked above after i put in my age it crashed my video driver and before i could do anything else i crashed my computer i tryed again and did the same thing.
I put the wrong email now I can not fix it anymore =(
I could sign in to my Steam, but when I tried to confirm my email the website just hanged. Not a wifi issue as I could watch Youtube Streams
Tried it on Google Chrome and Incognito Mode and both didn’t work for the email signup
