u can click play game then just paused downloading game and when then the game will be puchased u can uninstaliing it and ur game wiil be in ur library permanent

NO add the game steam library
Not sure, but i believe the game should appear in your library after it will go buy to play (on 15.09). It currently behaves as a f2p game since that’s the way it was launched (when you uninstall a f2p game it doesn’t show in your library anymore) but when you go to game page you can see you own it. I am curious my self how it works since i have not encountered or payed attention to a case like this before.
