Got Syberia 2 also with no issues. Probably you have different emails for microids and steam that could cause issues. Possibly mail address should be the same.

If it were a limited key giveaway, then the company should state so, instead of telling everyone “sign up to get your key”, which implies that everyone WILL get a key.

I got my key of Syberia II. It was in my spam folder. Why don’t you try to look for your key there?
same, I thought at the begin they didn’t send anything, and when I tried to check the spam folder I found it there after 9 days of sending the message.
Surely an official company such as Microids are legally obliged to honor their giveaway, unless there is smallprint we have not seen. That’s why we have lawyers. đ
